There are times you meet people and feel like you’ve known them all your life. Madzia is that person to me!

We swear that we were meant to meet because as she was browsing through the Montana hashtag two years ago she found my photos. She realized that not only I was from Poland BUT that I am from the same town that most of her family! Talk about a small world.

In October of last year, I posted on my Instagram story that I officially booked my flight to Poland. Madzia reached out and said she’ll love to meet and have a photoshoot with me. We finally met on a perfect summer day with one of the most beautiful sunsets in Tomaszow Mazowiecki, thus far, and had the best time getting to know each other, talking about all the places we had planned to travel to before COVID, and running around fields chasing the sunset!

And to add to the sweetness, Madzi brought me delicious homemade baked goodies from home! I hope that she will get a chance to visit me in Montana one day and we’ll be able to explore the places she has been looking at through the Instagram photos.
